1. Competition overview
The competition adopts the form of team competition, each team consists of 3 players. The participating teams use CAD/CAM software, CNC lathes, machining centers and other tools to complete the mathematical modeling, process design, processing programming, and parts of the product within the specified time according to the requirements of the components and parts drawings. The competition time is 6 consecutive hours, including process design, parts processing, component assembly, preparation of process documents and other auxiliary time. The total score of the competition is 100 points, the process design part accounts for 25%, the parts processing part accounts for 70%, and the civilized production part accounts for 5%.
